I don't know if this flight is still an option but we flew to Orlando in Feb via Regina. It was a Westjet flight and we went Calgary to Regina at 6:15 or 6:30pm, stayed overnight at a nearby hotel and caught a 9:15am (or something like that) to Orlando. It worked out great as we were originally planning on doing the red eye through Toronto.
