ROR is a fine player but I'm not really sure he moves the needle that much. Tough to see how much impact he has since he's only ever played on bad teams.
Either way The issue isn't the player, it's that Trading Backlund + Brodie for him or Brodie + Jankowski + Fox doesn't really make this team any better long term.
