His 2016-2017 season was an off year but he had a solid bounce back year this season. He was playing in front of a pretty bad team and still put up good numbers.
Goalie prospects aren't worth much. You aren't going to get an 11 time All-Star for a goalie prospect and a 3rd rounder. Even if Lundqvist is in his twilight years. He's still a good goalie and his name alone means something.

It's simple, I don't want the Flames to go out and get what is now an average, old goalie with the cap hit of an elite tender with multiple years left.
