Probably true. But their idea of an ideal community is just so flakey. Families discouraged, having children virtually prohibited. And of course, you have to cut off all your previous relationships and connections. Hand over all your money. These movements are magnets for lost souls - lost, educated, bored, white, middle-class souls. Note how the people in genuine Eastern cultures don't fall for this ####.
