As much as you can read into the wording from the press release the hockey operations is now headed by Brad Treliving with essentially Maloney, Conroy, and Pascal as assistant GMs.
Maloney has a fancier title but so he is probably higher in the hierarchy. Similar to maybe a Coach, Assiocate Coach, Assistant Coach relationship.
