I like the term cautiously optimistic. The board's been polarized over being positive or negative about the team, the coaching staff, and the management all season. To me, being in denial is not the same as being optimistic. There's a happy meeting place between being realistic and hoping for the best. I strongly believe that Gulutzan was not getting the best out of this team. I am optimistic that Peters will do better than Gulutzan but not certain that he was the best choice or what he will be able to achieve with this team. Hoping for the best. Giving Peters and Treliving the benefit of the doubt. Both have a lot of work to do.
