the PC moved the needle for me a little...from my initial wait and see position at least

Peters seemed down to earth, and someone you could relate to...he was pretty open about past mistakes he made...

Talk is just talk. Absolutely.

but as a leader of men, of a team, you have to be able to relate and command their respect.
