Re: Olympic bid resulting in a new arena.
If the city builds a new arena as part of winning an Olympic bid, are they then still in the drivers seat as far as negotiations with the Flames, as the city now owns the arena? Or is that too simplistic of a view on the matter on my behalf? And I mean negotiations as in revenue, lease terms, etc.
