I'm glad the coaching hire is done and the team will be moving on to personnel decisions. Having a complete team looking over the roster and preparing a plan heading into the draft weekend is a huge plus. Plenty of time to figure out what else needs to be done to this roster. Some sober second thoughts if you will.
