Otherwise, as someone who knows zilch about Bill Peters, I appreciated the insight from someone who also didn't know much but was willing to put in the effort to find out more.
And Haynes is correct that it's very challenging to determine a (head) coach's impact on a team's record. It's a refreshing change from the armchair coaches and Pierre Maguire's who think coaching is the be all end all.
