If Peters brings the same system that management wants, seems like a good fit. The hope is that his harder approach will improve some of the lazy efforts we witnessed over the last couple of years.
Not sure how to feel about it yet, but I have to respect that Treliving is sticking with his overall vision, for better or for worse. His job depends on this hiring so he must be confident.

This is the part that worries me, It takes a special kind of coach to be able to motivate the troops the way we have seen Gerard Gallant, or Darryl Sutter. We saw with Brent Sutter being a hard ass coach does not always work and can have short results. What we need is a coach who knows how to win and get the players believing and buying in. The big question is, will these guys play for this coach or will we have more of the same? I want to support this coach but feeling a little discouraged. I do believe if we have another poor start we may see some changes much sooner than expected.
