Hey folks,
I have to agree with Photon here - it's time to simmer down and let the system work for a while and see where we are in a month or so....if you contribute to the board you'll be recognized eventually and if not, well then you can shrug your shoulders or try harder to earn some red boxes.
Being competitive people of course we all want the validation of lots of positive skill but sometimes we all just have to chill and take it easy - save the stressing out for the christmas shopping that will be consuming our time over the next few weeks.
