Kind of a pointless shuffling the deck chairs type move. Neither coach seems to have had any success at all, and their teams have the same problems. Maybe what the problem was, was how things were executed on the ice. So getting roughly the same guy for this go around makes little sense other than to use GG as a scapegoat.

Just frustrating that this team will spend all the money they need to on the ice, but won't spend anything above the minimum to get someone good for the coaching staff, which has a great deal of things to do with how the guys on the ice get used.
