Yeah...I mean, Treliving clearly believes in a certain type of coach. Those 5 reasons definitely nail down the Flames under Gully. Treliving looks to be hiring the guy he wanted, the type of coach he wanted, and in the end the GM is there to guide this team. 2. Frustrating style of play/lack of ability to finish scoring chances - Yep.
1. Team is not getting much better overall - Gully's team performed better in year 1 than year 2, despite an improved roster.
