1) Get rid of Ken King, replace him with Burke as President;
2) Move Maloney to POHO;
3) Hire Sutter as head coach and assistant POHO taking over Maloney's position. This gives Darryl a little more incentive to come back and to accept Peters as Associate coach;
4) Hire Peters as Associate Coach.

You get rid of the guy at the top who screwed up the arena. You play some musical chairs at the Hockey Ops level. You get the master motivator in Sutter. You get the new school technical and strategy guy in Peters.
