And they can't selectively pick up bins from certain houses, say you pay for monthly and your neighbour weekly. It would get to complicated. So an option for a smaller, bi-weekly black bin does make sense. Except for my garage construction waste.... but there is always the neighbour's bin for that.

I went out one day last summer to put my nice big paper bag of leaves in my green bin to find it filled with sawdust from one of the neighbours. Checked a couple other neighbour's green bins to see see how far this jackarse neighbour went, and there was 5 neighbours green bins full of sawdust.
