It sounds like most agree with this that at the very least I've done my obligation. I think at this stage I'm going to do what most centered on...I'll take a ton of pics and I think I'm going to call the 'board' not that they can provide legal advice but they can provide clear rules of what's within and not within my rights (their rights) when I describe a specific situation.
I'll keep you guys posted because you guys have been incredibly supportive and awesome, thanks again.
P.S. This is how little I know about floors, but others who have come by have commented the same that these were installed poorly and I really would not have been able to tell that.
