Patience is required. I realize that's not your strong suit as you were one of the guys having a very difficult time there was no coaching changed announced 48 hours after the season. Yet here we are.
I have no doubt we'll see improvement next year.

I dont want to blow it up. Unless we're sure that this whole thing didnt work and I dont think we're at that point.
I genuinely feel that this is a good team that would succeed with a better coach.
