If he wants the best chance then he'd do well to reel in a big fish with a different approach to the game. That way he can cover all the bases and have reason to defend himself if he later comes into some scrutiny. A repeat of the Gulutzan, under the radar approach is more sure to draw him into the line of fire. I'd consider Peters that kind of move and so would most considering his track record. Not to say he's the wrong choice. There's just certainly much more risk there if it doesn't go well.
