How does Zolensky know this meteor's age? He doesn't. He just picked an age out of thin air that suited his purposes. He doesn't even know where this rock came from:

Notice his keen powers of scientific observation at the end of the statement: "It's from somewhere else."
So what pray tell is "organic globules"? Well first of all it's not organic; it's a rock. Secondly, the globules he's talking about are just pockets within the rock that hypothetically could have held that organic matter the Zolensky imagines could have existed 4.5 billion years ago. An example of atheistic science at its finest.
"Perhaps these are like little condos arriving on earth and biology can move in later on," said Zolensky.
