I believe
jammies in another thread correctly identified "process" as procrastination. Patience in some cases is required, but we need to stop procrastinating. Guys like Gio, Smith are not getting any younger. BT needs to address the bottom 6 with an established group of guys with an actual purpose and identity. Fast, ruthless, hard to play against whatever it will be!? The current bottom 6 looks like a group playing out their string while the young guys not scoring are not doing much but filling a role. We also need to be more focused on getting a "proven" RW.
