One of the biggest reported issues all year with this team has been a lack of heart and resilience. Poor starts, poor adjustments, and tragic collapses when the heat is on. Agree completely.

And I've said that repeatedly.

If they have a leadership issue the coach will likely have to go because it's too expensive and/or ineffective to either acquire leaders with skill or leaders that have lost it and have to play on the fourth line.
