Personally, I don't see much point in threads that exist just for a bunch of people to say positive things and agree with one another. But clearly there are people who do enjoy that sort of thing, so maybe they can be accommodated.
As I mentioned earlier, in some forums you can tag a thread [positive only]. I'm not sure if this forum tool has that capability, but there's nothing stopping users from putting [positive only] in a thread header. I think other users would respect that choice, and mods would have license to come down promptly on anyone who disregards it.
