This is far out but what if Tre/Burke feels like pulling off draft day magic. Unite the next elite set of brothers. Out with the Sedins and in with the Tkachuks. Matthew is the exact type of player we say we need more of, so why not get the next closest thing to him in his brother? Aim for the team that drafts 4-6 after the lottery

Montreal? Ottawa? Buffalo? Arizona? Detroit? Rangers? One of them is bound too. And I can't help but think we could do multiple player swap with most of those teams.

Buf - Hamilton and Bennett+ for ROR and 1st rounder?
Mtl - Brodie/Hamilton Bennett for 2018 1st rounder+ Byron/Gallagher/Pacioretty
NYR - Hamilton+ for 1st rounder + Pavel Buchnevich/ Hayes/ Zuccarello?
Det - Hamilton+ for 1st Rounder, Athanasiou/Mantha/Nyquist?
Ariz - Hamilton+ for 1st rounder + Domi / Dvorak

Something along those lines plus or minus whatever makes it fair?

Sorry I spent to much time on the "value of Dougie Hamilton"
thread on hfboards tonight.

Is this ludacris or could there be a big deal to be made?
