The template for this is Jones for Johansen. I would put Jones ahead of Hamilton (at the time of the trade) based on potential. Johansen is a solid 60-70 point #1C. Based on that maybe ROR is a fair trade straight up for Hamilton? Not sure I'd do it, but seems about the right value.
Wait, is it possible ROR only has 2 PIM this season? So much for getting more grit...
