Dude, you seem obsessed with me thinking this should be a quick decision equating to a tantrum. You're stuck on that narrative, what am I supposed to do by continuing to reply if you're clinging to it? I'd rather just let you have it and carry on. But no, you seem personally affronted.
And yes, if the GM needs end of year interviews to make a decision, I feel that's a problem. There's no wall of silence between the GM and the team all year. He should have a pretty solid idea of what's going on. I think he should have the information he needs via watching this team all year.
Are you happy? We disagree, but it doesn't mean anyone is freaking out. Can we move on now, or do you feel the need to just hold on to this a big longer?
