Virtually every coach favours vets (more than fans do). And every fan is going to be unhappy with some player usage because we all have different players that we like and others that we don't.
That is part of being a fan.
There is a HUGE difference between that and the coaching staff completely losing control of the team, and making a mess of the roster. And fans not being able to reconcile anything that is going on.
Also, winning is better than not winning.
We need a coaching change, and AV is an acceptable choice IMO.
