So my personal pet peave about Jim Rome is that Jim will read 'inflamatory' emails on the air, then get in a huff and say, don't send me these kinds of emails blah blah blah. It seems to me this is his way of saying these things without actually being accountable for saying them. If he really doesn't want them read or to encourage people from sending them, he would just not read them and tell Travis Rogers not to give them to him.

It is kind of like the ventriloquist using his dummy to say outrageous things. It has alway bugged me about Rome... In my opinion Rome is as fake as the WWE, and altough he does have some fantastic interview, this causes me to have no respect for him as a broadcaster. What I like about Mike Richards is that there is no pretense - he just says whatever is on his mind at any given time.

Wow - that fells better, getting that off my chest feels like I just went to confessional (except I am not catholic).
