I can see both sides to this argument. I disagree with Treliving's approach, I would certainly have taken Gulutzan out back just to send a message to the remainder of the organization. On the other hand, that's almost entirely the opposite approach (process, system analysis, overthinking in general) that Treliving has used for his entire tenure so far so we shouldn't expect it to change overnight.
I am of the opinion that he should also be fired if Glenn isn't gone by monday April 9th. That's enough time to preform a sober second thought analysis and come to the more than obvious conclusion that we have a terrible coaching staff.
