So in his two year of being here, GG needed massive winning streaks to scratch its way into the dance. With the roster assembled, they shouldn't need to rely on season saving win streaks. GG has been insanely stubborn with his lineups too, the league figured out what they need to do to shut down the Flames and he made zero adjustments.
I don't see a way Glen has a job with the Flames unless Tre wants to get the boot as well.

I’ve never understood this logic. What difference does it make over an 82 game season if the wins come in streaks or every other game?
Good teams go on winning streaks, momentum and confidence are huge elements in hockey and team sports in general.
Hate on the team/coach all you want because there are valid reasons to be concerned or upset, but they still went out and won those games. They count just as much as any other games. Take away 20 points from any team in the league and they will be outside of the playoffs.
