The kicker is, the Flames last year wouldn't have made the dance without that miracle 10 game winning streak.
So in his two year of being here, GG needed massive winning streaks to scratch its way into the dance. With the roster assembled, they shouldn't need to rely on season saving win streaks. GG has been insanely stubborn with his lineups too, the league figured out what they need to do to shut down the Flames and he made zero adjustments.
I don't see a way Glen has a job with the Flames unless Tre wants to get the boot as well.
