It’s moot anyways. Smoking weed in public isn’t enforced now and it’s illegal. I doubt there’ll be any increased diligence to enforce when it gets legalized. If it’s anything like Vegas, which bans it in public, you may see police ticket at first to discourage. Now it’s not a big deal. People openly smoke right on the strip. At most cops will ask people to put it out. Way too much work to actually ticket people when it’ll be so widespread.
Plus I think vaping will be the go to. It’s hard to distinguish from ecigs and produces almost no smell.
