I’m fine with allowing landlords to decide if they want to allow smoking/vaping or growing in their own units. Consumption of marijuana isn’t a protected right, neither is the cultivation; so no one’s rights are being trampled. Smoking/vaping is also not the only way to consume it and other methods would not be disturbing to other residents.
If it really is such a huge deal like people are claiming, then the market will adjust to reflect the desires of renters.
