Burns has compete which is a big reason why he is so effective.

It would be a mistake to move Hamilton imo.
Hamilton would be really good on a team that was had a full complement of over the top leaders.... 2004 Flames for instance ( not near as much talent but at least 6-7 guys with at least Gio level compete) He could play the Jordan Leopold role on that team.

How much better did Russell-Wideman-Brodie-Engelland play at the end of 2015 than this team's defense. They were not as talented.
