I hope they keep the momentum going for the next few years until some of those NRA-friendly politicians are gone and something will actually get done in that country. Banning bump stocks and raising purchase age sounds neat and all but it's just nibbling around the edges. The average citizen doesn't need and shouldn't have assault style guns. Start there and see what happens. Clearly doing nothing isn't working. Do something substantial and hopefully some of these mass shootings will at least slow down. At least these kids are giving me some hope for that country.

yeah, some of those speeches were pretty impressive again.
so impressive in fact that I sadly wouldn't be surprised if they were some boneheaded "those are hired actors" claims from certain people again.
