Ferland got dragged around the ice all season, and scored 20 goals.
I flat out believe Ferland is Nigel Dawes.
He doesn’t do anything when he’s not with Johnny, and he provides very little value to his linemates. Stick him on the 4th and try and develop him as an aggressive 4th liner who can score 10 goals...but good luck in that, because he’s very clearly shown that he doesn’t put in the effort required away from Johnny, and when with Johnny he doesn’t do it consistently enough to warrant his ice time.
Ferly is one of the guys that I’d be okay with seeing traded this summer.
