The guy who police believe was behind the recent bombings in Austin that killed two people and injured four others blew himself up with an explosive device as authorities closed in early this morning. Police had zeroed in on the suspect and traced him to a motel in Round Rock. He took off in his car, drove into a ditch, and as SWAT team members approached, apparently detonated a bomb that killed him. No ID yet other than a 24-year-old white man, and no motive. Authorities warn that they don't know if there still are package bombs out there, or if he had an accomplice who is still at large.
