He could be far more brash considering what a colossal failure this season, and the entire Gulutzan era has been. The time for cool and collected from your coach and GM expired when the team filled it's diapers after the bye week.
It's the "hopeful" and ho hum statements like this that trickle down through the team and leads to the flaccid and emotionless play we've enjoyed for the better part of two seasons.
