2 years under GG, and they have completely lost that identity that they were building. They are not hard working, they do not play fast, and have done a 180 away from being resilient, and are instead absolutely fragile.
I’m worried even if we get a competent coach, how long it will take to change the culture and style that GG has created.

The Flames had belief under BH but not much structure. I think if you go back 2 years you'll find CP harping on that. GG comes in, brings structure like most coaches - and it was a hard transition. In the process they lost the belief and got inhibited by a slow system. A new coach could build on GGs systems foundation but make it faster, more dynamic and more fun. I think that would be an easier transition than BH to GG.
