Get a proven coach, add a top 6 forward, get younger/cheaper in the bottom 6 and bottom pairing.
Do those 3 things and this team will be on the right track again next year.

I am 100% certain this team is not going scorched earth. This organization has never wanted to do that, even when it made sense.
