If this were 2004, Reeves would've had to answer to Simon or Oliwa for that hit. Not to mention, Iggy, Regehr, Warrener, Commodore, and Nieminen would've been beating up on the opposing team's soft players. That is the way hockey is played, and until the Flames can push other teams around, they will not win playoff series. Especially when several of your star players (Gaudreau, Monahan, Hamilton, and Brodie) have minimal physicality.
