I was just thinking about the first rebuild year under Bob, and how I was happy they were changing the culture to a hard working, resilient, and fast group. Even though they were losing due to lack of skill, it was a great base to start from, so that as the skill level improved they would be in a really good position.

2 years under GG, and they have completely lost that identity that they were building. They are not hard working, they do not play fast, and have done a 180 away from being resilient, and are instead absolutely fragile.

I’m worried even if we get a competent coach, how long it will take to change the culture and style that GG has created.
