I haven't heard too much about him being moody but since he has been in the league he has been in a very veteran, "professional" clubhouse with guys like Walker, Rolen, Woody Williams, Edmonds etc. as strong leaders who make sure guys act the right way on and off the field. Plus La Russa is very good at handlilng the media and keeping the focus off his players and more on him. So these two factors may have hidden some of his moodiness.
If it sounds like sour grapes on my part I guess it is. I thought Pujols should have won easily. I thought he had that much better of a year but yes I guess I, and Albert, should be gracious losers and talk about the great year both guys had.
