Was at the game and it sucked. Best part of the game was the fan trivia game during the commercial break where the fan making the Flames' smoothy got orange goop all over his face. That produced a hearty chuckle.

Smith got a huge ovation when he was announced as the starter. Thought for sure it was Rittich as he was out during thew warm up. But unfortunately, Smith looked like a player shaking off the rust. Was scrambling all night, bad rebounds, and goal #2 was brutal. I know it was deflected, but it's not like the puck deflected directly in front of him. Just looked like he waffed it completely.
