I can’t agree or disagree with that statement because I don’t know enough facts about the evidence in that case or the judges ruling. And sometimes I wish others held that same opinion.
Always makes me cringe when I read people who say well person z got x years for something even worse how did he only get x???
There’s so many factors that play into these kinds of things that people spend decades working to be in a position to hand down a sentence. And then people who spent 5 minutes reading an article feel somehow they know what the right choice was.
