Tennis is a funny game - Martin Klizan (who beat Vasek in the semi-finals at the IW challenger event last Saturday and ended up winning the Challenger event) was as high as #24 in the world rankings back in 2015 and he is currently ranked #137. Also, Klizan lost yesterday in his IW qualifying match to Evan King of the States who is currently ranked #196.
