Selhurst Park is up for a 100m redevelopment which will bring it up to 34k which is as big as they're going to be.
I wouldn't say their catchment is that big. As well as the big clubs, then the big London clubs, they're also close to millwall and fulham. I remember a time when Wimbledon in their day were having larger attendances at SPwhen they were ground sharing.
Villa and Leeds have much higher ceilings.
