My idea are pretty similar to New Era's.
GM: Brad Treliving. I don't see a reason to replace him. Apart from wanting stability in management he's proven to be a smart effective GM, even if he does have a tendency to over analyze and sit on his hands a bit when quick action is needed, I'd still prefer that to someone that makes knee jerk reaction after knee jerk reaction.
Coach: Either of the OP's suggestions, Dave Tippett or, in a perfect world, Nashville loses in the second round, fires their coach, and the Flames can nab Peter Laviolette.
