This team needs to be an uptempo team. It is not. They can't skate with fast teams, they fear getting in track meets or going chance for chance. They should be a team that thrives in skating games. Instead they talk about being above fast teams.
I want a fast, attacking and relentless team that can quick strike opponents. I want forwards who can score off the rush, off fast transition not this point shooting, hope for tips or good bounces, play the percentages we're seeing.
The best teams (VGK, NAS, WPG) are fast teams that create chances and play an exciting style. CGY is uncreative save for a few guys. Keep them and add.
