It's not why they are losing?
The coaches are setting this team up to fail. The number of times they have actually dressed the best available roster with the players available to them can be counted on one hand this season.
Player deployment within the game is even worse. The Flames are down 2 goals in a must win game yet the 4th line still receives regular ice time. Nothing makes sense with these coaches.
